	New dog registration is required by three months of age or after 30 days of ownership. Cost to License your dog: $12.00 - Per Tag $12.00 penalty applies to tags purchased after January 31st deadline for previously registered dogs. $60.00 - Kennel License Covers five (5) dogs; plus $1.00 for every dog over five (5) $60.00 penalty applies to tags purchased after January 31st deadline for previously registered dogs. A Kennel is defined as any pack or collection of dogs, over the age of three months, kept together for the purposes of hunting or for sale. (Ohio Revised Code 955.04) There is a $1.50 fee for replacement of a lost tag. There is a $.25 fee for dog license transfer of ownership of previously registered dogs. Please attach your dog's tag to its' collar immediately. This will help us identify it and get in touch with you should your dog get lost.
